Paul has 40 years of aerospace sector experience. His career has given him a deep understanding of end-to-end propulsion system product lifecycles, with direct experience spanning from new product introduction, to operations and supply chain, MRO and strategic business transformation.

He has highly effective and award-winning practitioner experience, delivering ‘world class’ aerospace projects and winning the Association of Project Management Transformation Project of the Year in 2019, for the implementation of the Product Lifecycle System in Civil Aerospace.
