All About Mark Judd our Strategic Advisor HCM

Mark Judd has been working in the world of Human Resources for over 35 years across a variety of significant industries and premium organisations. He began in the steel industry, working for St Gobain and then joined Toyota Manufacturing as part of the set-up team in the early 1990’s.

He later joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in the mid 1990’s as a management consultant. Mark was then asked to set up the HR and Finance shared services teams at PricewaterhouseCoopers, eventually managing a function of several hundred people as Director of Shared Services.

In 2006 Mark joined Rolls-Royce Group as Director of the HR Shared Services Organisation, establishing a global model for shared services across 46 countries.  In 2015 Mark lead the implementation of Workday across Rolls-Royce. This established him as a foremost authority on large complex, global HR system implementations.

Mark then joined Workday in 2017, as the Vice President of Product Strategy for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Over the next four years of significant growth, he presided over the thought leadership for the product in the region.

Mark retired from Workday in 2021. A natural progression was to become a member of the ThinkingitBetter team, building on longstanding personal and professional relationships.
