The highlights are site selection, business case, facility concept and layout for Rolls-Royce Seletar large aero engine assembly facility in Singapore; Programme Executive for the design and implementation of Shop floor assembly build systems in Derby and Singapore; £15m+ Implementation of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) into the Civil Aerospace business within Rolls-Royce plc (amongst the most complex SAP implementation worldwide in 2001); General Manager responsible for the implementation of LEAN into Aero Engine Assembly achieving 50% reduction in the Trent 500 assembly build lead time with the implementation of Lean flow-line amd transformation of the civil aerospace assembly business through the training of over 2000 team members via an in-house residential training programme.
